Message from President

On behalf of ITEC, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our clients, business partners, and everyone who has continuously supported and trusted our company.

When ITEC embarked on a new chapter in 2023, we established a clear mission: to rebuild and rebrand the company by 2025 and become an organization that earns the trust of our clients and stakeholders. Every member of our team has worked diligently toward achieving this goal.

Over the past three years, we have had the privilege of supporting hospital development projects across Japan and around the world, including university hospitals, public hospitals, private hospitals, and overseas Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects. During this period, we have also welcomed talented new colleagues, strengthened our project and construction management (PM/CM) capabilities, enhanced corporate governance, and improved our business structure.
As a result, in our FY2024 financial results (fiscal year ended June 2025), we achieved an equity ratio of 85% and an operating profit margin of approximately 11%, establishing a solid management foundation that supports sustainable growth.
We believe that we have reached an important milestone in fulfilling our original mission of rebuilding and rebranding ITEC into a trusted company.
This achievement would not have been possible without the confidence and support of our clients, business partners, and every member of our organization. I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all who have contributed to this journey.

However, rebuilding our company has never been our ultimate goal. Rather, it marks the beginning of a new stage in our commitment to making an even greater contribution to community healthcare.
Our role does not end with the completion of a hospital development project. Our mission is to work alongside our clients to create hospitals that provide the best possible healthcare for their communities and foster environments where healthcare professionals can take pride in their work and continue to thrive.

For more than 40 years, ITEC has built extensive expertise and experience as a healthcare consulting firm specializing in hospital development. From university, public, and private hospitals in Japan to overseas ODA projects and healthcare infrastructure development, we have supported community healthcare both domestically and internationally. This breadth of experience and proven track record is what distinguishes ITEC and enables us to deliver lasting value.
Above all, what defines ITEC is our unwavering commitment to putting ourselves in our clients’ shoes, understanding what is truly in their best interests, and delivering optimal value from a long-term perspective.
