|Republic of Turkey Consultancy Service related to the Work of “Construction Works and the Provision of Products and Services of Ankara Etlik Integrated Health Campus”|
Regarding a Public-Private Partnership project of “the Work of Construction Works and the Provision of Products and Services of Ankara Etlik Integrated Health Campus” by the government of Republic of Turkey, a Joint Venture (“J.V.”) between International Total Engineering Corporation (“ITEC”) and a local architect office “N.K.Y.” participated in its consultant selection tender (proposal selection system). On March 20th, 2012, ITEC and N.K.Y. contracted its consultancy service with Ministry of Health of Republic of Turkey.
Ankara Etlik Integrated Health Campus is placed in Ankara city. Its capacity is the world largest with over 3,500 beds. Its management is Japanese well-known “Private Finance Initiative (“P.F.I.”)” style. At the tender, ITEC’s record of Japanese P.F.I. works and full turnkey overseas projects is positively evaluated.
The J.V. is ordered for the amount of TL33,003,765 (approx. JPY 1.5 bn. (@JPY 46/TL)) and the service period for 5.5 years. (approx. 3.5 years for its construction and 2 years for its management monitoring after its open.)
