|
We conduct a site survey on the medical sector in the recepient country, and assist to find and embody a project. |

*Follow-Up Survey for Project |
|
We conduct a follow-up survey for completed projects and inspect usage of provided equipment and clarify problems. We then propose a plan to maintain the benefits of the project. |

*Evaluation of Project |
|
Prior to implementation of a project , we evaluate the effect of the project and estimate expected result and goal (prior assesment). We also check the progress of the ongoing project and propose solution and modification of the project (midterm evaluation). We also evaluate the result of the project and submit a report (final evaluation). |

|
We prepare a maintenance manual of medical equipment and dispatch maintenance specialists to instruct and train hospital engineers. |

ITEC has been engaged in various medical projects financed by JBIC (Japan Bank for International Cooperation, a lending agency of Japanese Government), from feasibility study to implementation of projects, in cooperation with the recepient governments. We also provide consulting services such as formulation of long-term master plan for improvement of medical services, and human development plan. |

| We conduct a marketing research on the government policy for the medical care, economic statistics, trends of diseases, medical care zones, data of existing medical facilities, etc. Based on the research results, we formulate a unique strategy plan for the medical facility, and estimate the project cost and simulate the new operation. |
